Sono infatti gli elementi della diretta e della socialit\u00e0 a caratterizzare questo rivoluzionario modello di compravendita. Alcuni social come Facebook, Instagram e TikTok si sono mossi subito in questa direzione e, in alcuni paesi, hanno testato funzionalit\u00e0 di <em>Live Shopping <\/em>e annunciato funzioni che potrebbero essere estese a breve a tutti i creator. Anche Twitter nei giorni scorsi ha rivelato il suo nuovo programma che consentir\u00e0 agli utenti di effettuare acquisti in-app e ha dato spettacolo ospitando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walmartshoplive.com\/shows\/walmart-live-x-cyber-deals-sunday\">la diretta del colosso del retail americano Walmart<\/a> condotta dal cantante Jason Derulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il <em>Live Commerce<\/em> replica il successo delle televendite consentendo alle aziende di realizzare efficaci video dimostrativi in diretta per spiegare pi\u00f9 a fondo i prodotti ma anche per creare occasioni di intrattenimento e generare acquisti d\u2019impulso.<br><br>In Italia abbiamo avuto modo di vedere degli esperimenti fatti da aziende come <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motivi.com\/it\/motivi-live-stream-shopping\">Motivi<\/a>, che ospita live dai suoi punti vendita ed ha fatto diventare televenditori i negozianti e le commesse (con un risultato che appare pi\u00f9 amatoriale), e <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SamsungItalia\/status\/1354743761012719616\">Samsung<\/a> che ha fatto leva su alcuni influencer, tra cui il famoso tech creator Andrea Galeazzi, per stimolare gli acquisti sul sito.<br>Non \u00e8 un caso che il <em>brand<\/em> abbia messo la \u201ctelevendita\u201d nelle mani di un <em>influencer<\/em>. Sempre pi\u00f9 spesso infatti il coinvolgimento degli influencer non mira pi\u00f9 a raggiungere solo obiettivi di <em>awareness<\/em> e <em>consideration<\/em>, ma si spinge verso quelli di <em>conversion<\/em>.
