Con Paolo abbiamo approfondito i primi risultati dell\u2019Osservatorio Civic Brands. Da essi emerge che oggi, come non mai, le persone si aspettano un impegno concreto dei brand nei confronti della collettivit\u00e0. Tra gli esempi di questa coerenza Paolo Iabichino ha citato Dove, con il suo spot \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/adage.com\/article\/cmo-strategy\/dove-puts-new-face-real-beauty-salute-health-workers\/2249186\">Real Beauty<\/a>\u201d dedicato agli operatori sanitari, o Parmigiano Reggiano, con la sua doppia pagina sui giornali locali dedicata ai suoi lavoratori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questi sono solo alcuni degli spunti emersi durante la diretta.
