Tra queste la misurazione dei risultati, che abbiamo approfondito nel white paper <\/span><b>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/buzzoole.com\/resources\/measurement\/it\">Misurare l\u2019efficacia dell\u2019IM<\/a>\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l\u2019autenticit\u00e0 dei creator, oggetto della pubblicazione <\/span><b>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/buzzoole.com\/resources\/fight-influencer-frauds\/it\">Combattere le frodi nell\u2019IM<\/a>\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, e la trasparenza.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nel nostro paese vige il Codice del Consumo (Decreto Legislativo n. 206\/2005, modificato nel 2016) e il Codice alla pubblicit\u00e0, che per\u00f2 non fanno un esplicito riferimento alle attivit\u00e0 commerciali svolte attraverso i social media. Per ovviare a questa situazione di incertezza, nel giugno 2016 l\u2019Istituto dell\u2019Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria (<\/span><b>IAP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) ha pensato di redigere un codice di comportamento, la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Chart<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (poi aggiornata nel 2017). Importante e incisiva anche l\u2019azione dell\u2019<\/span><b>Unione Nazionale Consumatori <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">che dall\u2019aprile del 2017 costantemente monitora le situazioni di \u201cpubblicit\u00e0 occulta\u201d e le segnala all\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La trasparenza \u00e8 un valore da tutelare, un vero e proprio elemento di forza per gli intermediari come noi, ma anche per i brand e i creator, per questo collaboriamo attivamente con IAP e UNC al fine di sensibilizzare il mercato.
