The companies that spoke along with us included &#8211;\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=1&amp;cad=rja&amp;ved=0CCwQFjAA&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.osservatori.net%2Fstartup_digitali&amp;ei=FEWoUqfhFYqAywO53YDIDw&amp;usg=AFQjCNEQ_1Z-GO4WNDBjIM1kRSDe07q1uQ&amp;sig2=3r_AROqbcFeBDk-BerSvJQ&amp;bvm=bv.57799294,d.bGQ\">Osservatorio Startup Digitali<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cubeyou.com\/\">Cubeyou<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.decisyon.com\/\">Decisyon<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.altiliagroup.com\/\">Altilia Group<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.buzzoole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/BigData1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-386\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.buzzoole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/BigData1.jpg\" alt=\"BigData1\" width=\"611\" height=\"627\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.buzzoole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/BigData1.jpg 611w, https:\/\/blog.buzzoole.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/BigData1-292x300.jpg 292w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 611px) 90vw, 611px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>research<\/strong> that is happening at and for this project, in the first year of operation, has the following objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>monitor the status of disseminating solutions to Big Data Analytics &amp; Business Intelligence;<\/li>\n<li>census of success stories;<\/li>\n<li>identify the benefits and analyze the barriers to adoption of these tools;<\/li>\n<li>understand the <strong>role of startups in this area<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>analyze the impacts of BDA &amp; BI solutions organization of the ICT Department;<\/li>\n<li>analyze the different sectors and the<strong> increase of competitiveness, profit, durability and efficiency of decision-making<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>evaluate the <strong>decision-making processes in the different sectors that can benefit more from the use of applications of Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>investigate applications of <strong>Social Media Analytics and Social Listening<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As they say, two brains are better than one and this workshop figured the more, the merrier.
